Your specific tasks include: Introduction & advance: You control the global introduction of D365 FO EAM (maintenance management) Translating requirements: You analyze and question maintenance processes and form smart, sustainable system solutions – close to the shopfloor. Structure data clean: You maintain plant/replacement structures, work plans and PM workflows clearly and consistently. Support that helps: answer user questions, find causes and ensure a stable operation. Testing, updating, rolling out: You plan tests, accompany updates and pragmatically implement rollouts in digital maintenance. Teamwork in the #Unexpected: If it gets tricky, stay sovereign – together we find the best way.

Qualifications and training: You have completed technical or commercial training – ideally complemented by a further education (e.g. technician or master) – or a technical study. System view & technology: You combine maintenance experience with the logic of an ERP system. ERP-Know-how: Ideally D365 FO or you bring experience from comparable systems. Analysis & Troubleshooting: You go to the ground and document clear and comprehensible. Didactics & Communication: You take users, make complex things simple and create acceptance. Own Initiative & Structure: You work independently, prioritize your tasks and keep promises reliable. Languages: Very good German and English for international cooperation.
