In the Bispinger Heide holiday park, around 300 dedicated employees face the challenge of a holiday paradise with more than 600 holiday homes, a hotel and meeting area as well as a covered adventure centre with subtropical ambience. We offer our guests a wide range of restaurants and shops, a South Sea Bath paradise and a large wellness and beauty area. Team leadership: You guide and motivate your team to create a positive working atmosphere and promote the personal development of your employees. Guest care: You are a contact person for our guests, soaring for a smooth process and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Safety and hygiene: You monitor compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations and ensure a safe and clean bathing area. Organization and Planning: You first set up schedules, coordinate workflows and ensure efficient use of resources. Quality control: You monitor the water quality and the function of the technical equipment and, if necessary, initiate measures to optimize.

Leadership experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in a leadership position. Communication strength: You are strong in communication, team capable and have a friendly appearance. Organizational talent: You are organized, structured and keep an overview even in stressful situations. Service orientation: You have a pronounced service orientation and pleasure in dealing with guests. Expertise: Ideally, you have expertise in the field of bathing facilities or comparable qualifications.
