Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you take the strategic and operational responsibility for the new customer acquisition via online and offline channels at the wine friends. You develop scalable acquisition setups with a clear focus on profitability and own a key role with direct impact on business growth.

What you can do with us: New business opportunities: You develop and are designed to implement a cross-channel new customer acquisition strategy incl. Performance and target responsibility. Developing growth strategies: Strategic and operational control of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, PMax) is in your hands. You are the expert: building, controlling and scaling Paid Social, display and affiliate marketing incl. Publisher and commission models. Going New Ways: You identify, test and scale new channels, formats and partnerships with a focus on new customer acquisition. Optimize processes: Analyze existing structures and develop SEO strategy together with internal teams. You have the overview: control and evaluation of external agencies and service providers. You are pleased with figures: analysis of KPIs & derivation of data-based optimizations (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CR).

Very good knowledge of SEA, Paid Social and Affiliate Marketing as well as the sovereign handling of marketing budgets and clear earnings responsibility round off your profile. Education: You have a degree – e.g. in economics, marketing or a comparable area – or an equivalent qualification that will prepare you optimally for this role. Operation: You can think strategically and at the same time create an operative action. A structured, data-driven way of working, strong analytical skills and joy in conceptual development are the key to you.
