In this versatile position, you can significantly support the operation of our molecular biological training laboratory and perform selected tasks in the technical service. You work closely with the areas of training, technical support, marketing and sales. Participation in our molecular biological training laboratory Ensuring a smooth laboratory operation including Material management and compliance with S1, safety and quality guidelines Support in the development and implementation of training for customers and employees Technical advice on products and applications and support in error analysis Documentation of customer requests and cooperation with Technical Support, Marketing and Sales Contribution to high customer satisfaction through professional competence and service-oriented appearance

Training or studies in molecular/cell biology, biotechnology or comparable Practical experience in the laboratory environment and the handling of cell cultures Structured, organised and independent working methods Joy in working with people and knowledge transfer Very good communication skills in German and English Safe handling of common IT applications; CRM knowledge of advantage
