You are the first contact person (m/w/d) for our visitors (m/w/d) You take the daily post acceptance and dispatch, take care of the general correspondence, the deposit and the office organization You will take care of the preparation and refurbishment of appointments and meetings and help organize meeting rooms You are responsible for ordering and managing the office equipment You are reviewing input and output calculations and are available to our supplier as a competent contact person (m/w/d) In facility management, for example, you support internal transfers or the distribution of deliveries in the office and take care of the organization of corporate events You are responsible for the visual appearance of the premises, especially the kitchens and lounges – you ensure that shelves and cabinets are always filled with cereals, drinks and coffee

You bring a commercial training (e.g. as a merchant for office management) or a comparable qualification with You have ideally gained first professional experience in Office Management You attach importance to a representative and well-kept exterior appearance and are always friendly and professional to guests and employees You are a service-oriented and communication-strong personality and draw your attention through your organizational talent and your team spirit You are safe and routined with MS Office apps, especially with Outlook, Word and Excel, and you have a good English skills (mind.
