You can actively participate in building our consulting services for a well-known electronics company. This is mainly about goods, conditions, bonus agreements and refunds. In order to support our team, we are looking for a reliable and affordable solution that has the pleasure of working in commercial processes and understanding complex relationships step by step.

Submit terms: You submit agreed terms in the HIW ware system and make sure that the data is collected completely and correctly Control conditions: You check which conditions have been defined and support the regular monitoring of data quality Check remunerations: You control which rebate levels have been reached, and prepare the corresponding information for Edit bonus allowances: You support the testing of bonus allowances from the industrial partners Balance bonus payments: You check whether bonus payments and repayments of the industrial partners match the agreed terms Assign invoices: You assign invoices from the invoice collector to the corresponding creditor invoices Exchange with distributors: You can communicate with traders if necessary:inside and support to understand information on terms and agreements

You have ideally completed a commercial training You work reliably, carefully and committed You're a paying partner and have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel You speak and write fluently German, as the exchange with traders:inside and understanding agreements can be important You are interested in working in commercial processes
