Senior Expert Technical Facility Management (m/w/d)

For our central Product Management department, in which we develop future services and support our operational units throughout Europe in attracting new orders and in the planning of ongoing projects. The office is optionally located at one of our Germany-wide locations (e.g. Munich, Stuttgart, Ettlingen, Chemnitz, Braunschweig).

Management of large and versatile implementation and optimization projects and project teams at national and international level, as well as interim functional acceptance as an area management for our international customers in the automotive and manufacturing industry Analytical procedure: structured technical and commercial assessment of project requirements; Identification of weaknesses in plants and in processes as well as independent development of solutions; cross-border responsibility for the measurable improvement of project performance, quality and finance in the respective service contracts Tasks: Creating and implementing presentations at top management level; independent implementation of measures and ensuring sustainability Promote progress: further development of service concepts and standards in the service line as well as extension of the internal and external expert network Living in cooperation: First interface to the customer and intensive cooperation with our operating locations and other central functions

Education: Completed technical training or engineering studies e.g. with facility management, electrical engineering or comparable Experience: Long-standing professional experience in the implementation, management and optimization of large orders in the field of technical facility management / building technology; Experience in the professional management of project teams know-how: knowledge in the automotive field or the manufacturing industry with strong market and industry knowledge; Project Management and Methodology Competence; Safe handling of common MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint Working methods: Structured and independent working methods and a high self-initiative Personality: customer orientation as well as sovereign and communicative appearance; strong interest in continuous improvement Language: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Application: High readiness for travel within the framework of multi-month project operations (service travel basis) within Europe
