The Alteszentrum Seeheim is located on the green outskirts of Seeheim-Jugenheim and just minutes from the tram. Here we ensure a high level of quality for around 100 people in need of care. We also support our versatile and open-minded team effectively, e.g. through individual working time models.

Mission Life is a non-profit company in the context of the deacons. Around 2,500 employees support in 40 facilities in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate people with care needs, with disabilities or in social emergencies as well as children and young people.

You are responsible for the economic viability and the market-oriented further development of our facility in Seeheim. You assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for all employees. You provide comprehensive and good care and care for clients. You work closely with supervisory authorities and cost-holders and cooperate with local service providers as well as with local authorities, associations and institutions.

You have completed nursing training and have expanded your profile by studying social, nursing or health management or a comparable additional qualification. Your multi-year professional and management experience in a care facility makes you a competent manager. A pronounced understanding of the service and a high degree of sense of responsibility are yours. You lead your team with a cooperative and result-oriented leadership style based on trust and cooperation. In addition, you will bring a sound business understanding that will help you manage the facility successfully and sustainably.
