IT-Operator – Digital Whiteboard (m/w/div) Location: Berlin Date of entry: at the next possible time Application deadline: 10.04.2026 Call number: 11-028-2026 Employment: full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Remuneration: 10 TV EntgO-DRV (51.356,03-71.636,99 Euro) Activity The ''DRV Bund IT'' is the service provider for the German Pension Insurance Federation and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close customer agreement. Our IT specialist user services bundles all services around the modern IT workstation including hardware and software equipment and thus ensures stable and efficient IT for around 27,000 employees of the DRV Bund. Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) is responsible for providing, developing and operating modern communication and collaboration tools. In addition, the development and establishment of standards in the environment include presentation and conference technology. Another focus is the use and optimization of UCC technologies.

Participation in the creation of standards and guidelines in the UCC area for the DRV Bund IT Support in the creation of technical analyses as well as (further) development and implementation of concepts in the context of digital whiteboard solutions Coordinating, planning and implementing IT processes and processing customer requirements operate and administrate the digital whiteboard solution used in the DRV Bund and perform problem analysis and troubleshooting along with the external service provider Planning, design and documenting IT operations for the digital whiteboard solution including creating instructions for the users Vote with the sponsors of the German Pension Insurance to use the digital whiteboard solution

Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or completed vocational training in the IT sector or equivalent qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) or comparable multiannual practical experience in the IT sector Multiannual practical work experience in UCC environment, for example in the planning and introduction of collaboration applications Multiannual professional experience and knowledge in the operation of a SaaS application as well as in the 2nd and 3rd level support of an IT application First experience in the administration of IT applications Ideally experience in handling digital whiteboard solutions A strong customer orientation and address-oriented communication skills as well as an organised and structured way of working complete your profile
