As a building manager:in (w/m/d) you take over the planning, organization and control of existing maintenance, modernization and new building matters in coordination with the management

Planning and control of building maintenance work Project management or coordination of construction measures in the inventory and in the case of new buildings Contact person for planners:innen (w/m/d), Bauleitung, Fremdfirmen, Verwaltungs Creation and testing of performance directories as well as monitoring and participation in performance phases 1 to 9 according to the honorary order for architects and engineers (HOAI) Auditing of buildings, construction and rental Introduction, support and further development of an electronic closing system that is still in the planning stage Tracking and documentation of maintenance intervals

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering. Further requirements for the body are: Knowledge of relevant technical and legal regulations and public procurement law The ability to work quickly into land-specific regulations such as land planning and land budget regulations Secure PC identifiers, especially in MS Office A structured way of working and organising are also necessary for the perception of tasks as well as good communication skills, team spirit and responsible decision-making.
