Working Student / Intern Central Purchasing / Operational Purchasing & Administration (m/f/d)

You want to see how a modern central shopping in the daily business works? At the GTÜ you support our purchasing team in operational and administrative tasks. You make sure that needs are purchased efficiently, orders are handled reliably and purchase data are kept transparent and up-to-date. Accompanying procurement procedures: Within the framework of internal procurement, you can support the Facility, Mobility, as well as the operational and strategic purchasing and participate in tenders, offer comparisons and the selection of suitable service providers. Managing orders: Your tasks include the implementation of orders and the reliable follow-up of order confirmations, delivery dates and open processes. In case of queries, you take over the coordination and agree with specialist departments, finances and suppliers. Organizing purchasing documents: offers, contracts, conditions, durations and deadlines are structured in our systems and deposits. If you are interested, you can also participate in contract, cost and contract analysis. Support tank card management: With the administration of about 1,000 tank cards of our partners, you support the team and ensure reliable processing of the associated processes. Care for a shopping community: You process your concerns and inquiries from our GTÜ shopping community by yourself and develop gradually into a competent respondent. Improve processes: Together with us, you identify unnecessary manual activities and develop pragmatic standards, templates and digital solutions.

Studies: You study supply chain management, business management, economics or a comparable degree program. Interest in purchasing: You want to get to know the operating shopping processes and develop a thorough understanding of the processes in purchasing. First experiences in purchasing or in a business environment are welcome, but no need. Works: Structure, care and reliability are what distinguishes you. You can also keep track of multiple parallel processes and work tasks conscientiously. Communication: You appear friendly and binding and are happy to work with internal and external contacts. Digital tools: With Microsoft Office you will be sure to change and work in new systems. Experiences with SAP, Dynamics 365 or another ERP system are welcome. Language: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Driving licence: A class B driving license completes your profile.

Responsibility with design playroom: After a structured incorporation, you take on your own work packages and work on your own. Experience shopping in practice: You get comprehensive insights into the operational and administrative processes of a modern central purchase and develop relevant expertise for your further career. Practical insights: In exchange with experienced buyers, specialist departments and suppliers, you will get to know different perspectives and interfaces. Short coordination channels and regular feedback will help you. Personal accompaniment: Regular feedback and a fixed expert contact support you throughout the project.
