This is what awaits you: Two-stage training programme Duration: up to 12 months Personal mentoring The following specialist tasks are waiting for you: As part of the PreMaster program, you will participate in the development of our eBike Drive Units. You support various activities in the development, such as construction, patent research, design, parts procurement and the creation of patterns. You accompany tests and tests on prototypes and test results. You work closely with adjacent areas and interfaces in the organization, such as simulation, project management and product management, and gain valuable experience for your subsequent master's degree. Education: Very well completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a similar degree program with the concrete intention of taking up a master's degree program. Experience and know-how: You bring very high analytical skills, as well as a flexible, solution and team-oriented way of working. You have very good intercultural communication skills at all levels in the organization and across different disciplines. With the IT programs CAD Tool ProE/Creo/Solidworks, ANSYS, Matlab, CANape, MS Office, you are planning a safe handling. You already have experience in testing and measuring stand construction, commissioning, and measurement. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in cooperation with suppliers, as well as in the bicycle industry (component supplier, assembly plant, frame manufacturer, OEM). Qualification: Very well completed Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a similar degree course with a focus on product development, engineering or measurement technology. Personality and working methods: Very high intrinsic motivation. Enthusiasm: You have an affinity to bike. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
