The core of your activity is the disciplinary and professional leadership of your employees, understanding yourself as part of the team and empowering you to act flexibly and independently in clear guidelines. You are responsible for the application and contract processing, in particular with regard to efficient and professionally highly qualified documentation of our liability insurance for business customers As an initiator, you attach particular importance to fulfilling the expectations and needs of our customers and aligning your team with customer needs to ensure excellent customer service You determine the need for further education and take over the planning, control and implementation of further training measures as well as individual coaching and the incorporation of new employees You work closely with product management, underwriting and other specialist areas, interact with customers and sales partners and continuously develop the area You identify (technical) errors in the processing process, shape operational target processes (e.g. for cross-site cooperation) and accompany the general development of the liability products and their processes The control and monitoring of the relevant KPIs and the analysis of their development are also your tasks Last but not least, you take special tasks, work in projects and contribute to increasing automation, including by introducing and implementing robotic measures
