CHG-MERIDIAN has deployed the web-based technology and service management system tesma, which enables our customers to completely view and image their entire IT lifecycle process - always up-to-date and complete. As part of our team, you are instrumental in positioning tesma as a central solution for our customers worldwide and actively shaping their further development. The following exciting tasks await you: Advice and support of international, internal stakeholders in the use and development of tesma Support for large international customer projects Ensuring the further development of tesma taking into account international market requirements (Quality Gate) Development and implementation of internal training, communication on new features and building of Success Stories/Best Practices Building and coordinating an international tesma community and an Ambassador program Cooperation with departments such as Service Delivery and Sales to ensure smooth integration of tesma in business processes

You have a degree in Business Informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification (even technically) You have been able to gain at least two years of professional experience in a similar field of work and know what it means to manage projects with other stakeholders You have a strong understanding of process optimization and a high problem solving competence Ideally, you have first trainee-the-trainer experiences or alternatively enjoy developing trainings and sharing your knowledge with others in a targeted way Very good knowledge of English in word and writing We wish you a pro-active new teammate/team colleague, with a spirit of innovation and decision-making A high level of intercultural competence and team skills complete your profile Travel readiness 20% (even)
