Civil Engineer/ Project Manager Building Construction (a*)

You are planning to implement construction projects in high-voltage systems.

Conducting project teams according to uniform project management principles is one of your tasks.

Creating and coordinating planning services is your area of responsibility.

You monitor and tax the projects throughout the duration with regard to quality, costs and dates.

You will take over the specialist project management for building projects.

When creating the tender documents and contributing to the award of all required third-party services, you are part.

Coordinating and conducting negotiations with internal and external project participants is one of your tasks.

You take over the representation of the client to planners, contractors and authorities.

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture (with sound technical background).

Ideally, you have experience in the design, planning and construction of technical buildings, in particular in the field of energy infrastructure (release plants, switching systems, etc.).

With the knowledge in project management, preferably according to IPMA or GPM standard, you are familiar and can implement it successfully and practice-tested.

A convincing and safe occurrence as well as communication skills and enforcing skills are yours.

You bring a strong team capacity, a sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-initiative and commitment.
