Maintenance under FM contracts: Maintenance, inspection and repair of technical equipment (RLT, climate, heating, sanitary facilities) Processing of ongoing technical maintenance orders for existing customers Individually responsible handling of standard maintenance directly with the customer Acquisition of more complex maintenance operations (e.g. RLT systems in sensitive areas such as hospital surgery) logging, customer communication on site, specialist guidance and coordination of 2–3 technicians in the case of more extensive maintenance work on site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and implementation of repair measures Special services and project work: On-site visits to customer acquisition by the project manager/team manager, technical assessment of the situation Support in offering creation in the office (approx. 1–1.5 days/week) Monitoring the execution, ensuring quality, schedule and work safety Interface between project management, customer and technician team Contact person for technical questions and coordination of foreign companies

Complete training as plant mechanic SHK, mechatronic for refrigeration technology or a comparable qualification in the field of TGA Multiannual professional experience in maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of building equipment (RLT, climate, heating, sanitation) Ability to guide and coordinate technician teams Safe appearance at the customer as well as experience in the technical assessment of plants Basic knowledge of the offer creation and readiness, approx. 1–1.5 days/week to work in the office Secure handling of common IT applications (MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) Very good German knowledge in word and writing, as well as a pronounced communication and team capacity in the constellation customer and employee driving licence class B
