Objective of the task:

Together with your small team, you are responsible for the network-side market communication of the Stadtwerke HeidelbergNetz GmbH. A special focus is currently on the planned production of S/4 HANA in late summer 2027. You run your little team professionally and – if you want – also disciplinary (no need). You keep developing your team. Your team is looking for your professional input: You control the distribution of tasks and set priorities according to the capacities in the daily operating business. You work with: Market communication in gas and electricity to GeLi Gas, GPKE, MPES and WiM. You process EDIFACT messages between market partners. You process supplier change, network usage messages and master data. You clarify complex special cases that come from different market partners and enable your team to take them independently in the future. You are working intensively on the production of S/4 HANA. The Go-Live is planned for 2027 – this is your central project next to further subprojects. For the concerns of network-side market communication, you conduct the project in the tandem. You can exchange with experts: you can work in the company and work in working groups – interdisciplinary work is part of it. Strategies and concepts for fulfilling legal requirements in the field of network use run over your table. You translate regulatory requirements into operational implementation, develop specialist concepts, align with IT and accompany implementation. AI and RPA may be used more in the future. If you bring impulses here, the better. Because: The analysis, optimization and standardization of existing business processes towards efficiency, quality and digitalization is a continuous process. You tune with internal and external stakeholders and can present them to groups. And of course, you will pick up the themes that your superior is throwing over the fence, and you will put them on the way structured.

The role requires a strong understanding of the process, experience in the regulatory environment, as well as the ability to actively shape and advance change and digitization processes. We are looking for a personality with expertise in network-side market communication for the divisions electricity and gas. Your training base is secondary to us. More importantly, your professional experience – the more detail depth, the better. You're an insider in the industry. Ideally, you have completed your studies in business management, business informatics, economic engineering, energy technology, energy management or a comparable field. Perhaps you have also made a training (e.g. industrial or office businessman) and developed into this role through your professional practice.
