Engineer as Specialist Coordinator Operations Management in the Department of Domestic and International Studios (m/f/d)

You are a contact person for the moving image and audio infrastructure within the department of domestic and foreign studios You evaluate planned technical and infrastructural requirements and guide necessary measures for implementation or Further development You give impulse to the future development of workflows and processes in the technical-infrastructural environment of the regional studios You accompany and design infrastructure projects in the context of the department and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer You carry out training yourself and/or organize it You represent the department in interdisciplinary working and expert groups

You have a technical university degree, preferably in the fields of media technology, media informatics or have a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience You know well in the field of media technology, especially in IT-based broadcasting techniques (AES67, Ravenna, PTP, MoIP) A goal-oriented, cost-conscious and entrepreneurial way of thinking and action will distinguish you You know the production systems and production processes used in the SWR You are communicatively strong and can convey things clearly and understandably Stop is not an option for you, because you are fast, precise and want to constantly evolve You are ready to work at various locations and also be in service once in the evening, on weekends or on holidays
