Support for customers and interested parties Creation and follow-up of activities Information on delivery dates and provision of time Order processing – from acceptance to billing Collection and maintenance of customer data in the ERP system Administrative processing of incoming claims, repairs and returns Close cooperation with the external sales service Support at all stages of sales processes Local participation in trade fairs and customer events Situative support of the management, including in the case of translation

Successfully completed commercial or technological training Experience in a similar position Current characteristics in German, French and English; other foreign languages Very good user identifiers with regard to the current IT systems (ERP and MS Office) Custom knowledge Competent step-up, expressed team capacity and communication strength
