Process Architecture Project Manager – for our large-scale S/4HANA transformation project (m/f/d)

We work in project and change management as internal consulting in one of the most modern clinics in Europe. We support the University Hospital through project management for comprehensive software introductions, transformation projects and commissioning of new buildings in the framework of the 2050 Future Plan. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:n project manager:in, who has been enthusiastic about the topic of digitalization of processes and has already gained corresponding professional experiences here and who would like to give them to our large project S/4HANA transformation. The UKE is in front of a comprehensive SAP training in all administrative areas through the planned S/4HANA introduction. The aim is to map Lean Management oriented digital business processes with a strong focus on business process analysis and optimization.

We are looking for a:n experienced:n project manager:in for the process architecture in the large project, which accompanies our specialist areas in the redesign and harmonisation of their end-to-end processes. We have the following exciting and interesting tasks to offer: Project design and harmonisation of end-to-end business processes within the framework of the S/4HANA transformation Implementation of process workshops with administrative and technical stakeholders Analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization potentials and definition of future-oriented target process models Professional leadership and coordination of process analysts and close cooperation with the Enterprise and Solution Architects Development of a higher-level process map and governance structures Ensuring process compliance Completion of project members to work with processes and process management Working in the process introduction and training for future users: Working with Change Management with Focus on Process Change Consultation of project management with regard to process methodology

Completion of academic studies in business, computer science, engineering, natural sciences or equivalent skills and experience Experience in managing projects in the field of process architecture Multiannual experience in process and lean management, ideally in the context of an SAP S/4HANA transformation in healthcare Safe handling of methods such as BPMN 2.0, process maps or lean management Ideally knowledge of the processes and structures of Uni-Klinik-Administrations Ideally expertise in the tools Signavio and LeanIX Ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible way and to moderate different stakeholders High degree of independent, structured, result-, process- and customer-oriented operation Openness, safe occurrence, enforcing ability, perseverance, team capacity, professional communication at all levels, ability to analyze complex relationships in technical and organizational structures, organisational skills, self-employment and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German (C-Level)
