Complete BEM case management by controlling, monitoring and documentation of all integration cases including Implementation and follow-up of individual measures Conception, initiation and further development of BEM measures for the sustainable maintenance of workability Working in the BEM control board and the inclusive team Independent processing of BEM-related projects Confidential individual case advice for professional and private burdens such as mental crises, addiction diseases etc. Professional support and support in the context of overload displays Creation of evaluations, reports and sound basis of decisions for internal bodies Close cooperation with executives, HR, business physician, representations of interests, occupational safety and external bodies (e.g. integration office, authorities)

Successfully completed studies focusing on health management, health sciences, (health)psychology, social work or comparable expertise, qualifications and experiences Comprehensive expertise and multiannual professional experience as well as specialist training and the like in occupational integration management and psychosocial counselling In-depth knowledge of social security and health protection Knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Work Protection Act and the Data Protection Regulation Class B driving licence to perform indoor and outdoor activities and readiness to travel within the Southwest branch
