Your tasks include according to your professional experience and under professional guidance:

• cooperation in the implementation of work in road maintenance and repair, maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the road body and the auxiliary installations

• Participation in the safety and control of work and accident sites

• Control, operation and maintenance of small vehicles, machinery and equipment

• Green and wood care

• Participation in the implementation of winter services

That's what you bring:

• Successfully completed artisanal training, preferably in the areas of construction, agriculture, forestry and horticulture, as well as the willingness to qualify in the road service

• driving class B and C/CE or the willingness to acquire C/CE driving licence at the beginning at the expense of the employer

• Ready to run service vehicles

• Physical resilience and health fitness for all-year physical work outdoors

• Willingness to shiftwork and readiness to call in winter and summer service

The „Quereinstieg-lightmade-Versprech“ of the Autobahn GmbH:

• Our qualification program takes into account your professional experience and is compiled separately for you and lasts at most 15 months.

• Theory and practice for your qualification as a road guard (w/m/d) are taught by experienced and motivated colleagues.

• At Autobahn GmbH there is no class on weekends.

• Class C/CE class teaching materials and driving licences we pay.

The recruitment is limited to 15 months. If you are already driving the C/CE category, the deadline and the qualification program are only 12 months.

The grouping takes place in the pay group 4 of the TV car. After the qualification programme has been passed, a fixed position and the grouping into the pay group 6 of the TV motorway takes place. The recognition of step-time-relevant work experience is decided on an individual basis. In addition, employees of the road service will receive allowances as well as allowances for travel and education in accordance with the contractual arrangements of the Autobahn GmbH.
