With us, you are working on promoting start-ups in AgTech, FoodTech and Nature-based Solutions and supporting the development of a dynamic AgriFood ecosystem with real impact. You take over the strategic design and further development of the AgriFood start-up ecosystem of the Pension Bank You are responsible for the design and control of the Accelerator Program Growth Alliance and for sponsoring the start-up ecosystem in the innovation context You build a strong network of strategic partners such as universities, tech clusters, ministries, companies, international organizations, start-ups and investors, and you continuously support this. You analyze market, technology, and regulatory trends and launch new innovation and funding formats for start-ups and early-stage companies You represent the Pensions Bank to the outside at events, panels and forums

You have completed a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences or a comparable degree course You already bring first professional experience in the start-up and innovation ecosystem, ideally in relation to agriculture and nutrition You have profound expertise and a solid network in the fields of AgTech and FoodTech You convince with a sovereign negotiation skills, a quick understanding and a high level of autonomy – even in parallel projects you always keep an overview You have strong communication and moderation capabilities to interact safely and convincingly with various internal and external stakeholders.
