Systems Engineer for Integration (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the planning of system integration of maritime communication solutions, including the development of detailed integration concepts and definition of test scenarios from PDR to FAT Creation and coordination of comprehensive test plans for laboratory and real-time operations as well as carrying out and monitoring the test activities with internal teams and external partners Evaluation of integration test results, analysis of system performance, identification of optimization requirements and introduction of corresponding improvement measures Documentation of test processes and results, compilation of meaningful reports on decision support and further development of the system Continuous development of new approaches and strategies to improve test and integration processes as well as central contact function for development, project management and quality assurance

Complete study of electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, physics or a comparable subject as well as several years of experience in the planning and coordination of system integrations and tests, preferably in the field of maritime communication technology Finded knowledge in the creation of integration and test strategies, analysis of test results and ideally in system engineering methods (e.g. Certified Systems Engineer Level C) and in demandment engineering (e.g. IREB Foundation Level) Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and working with external partners; experienced handling of IBM DOORS (Classic) and Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as distinct skills in documentation and the preparation of meaningful test reports Open, communicative and curious appearance with the ability to find technically optimal and at the same time economically sensible solutions
