Internal customer support in cooperation with the external service Customer communication including decision-making room for the associated customer master files Textile purchase Creating shipping documents and invoices Master Data Care / Analyses / Reports / Textile Controlling elaboration of customer offers and contracts Assistance tasks of the department and management Nice preparation for the takeover of leadership responsibility, if desired Handicrafts and general administrative tasks

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau), Wirtschaftsfachwirt/-in, Betriebswirt/-in or Business Studies or a comparable qualification; As an alternative to cross-comers with interesting CVs Communication and organizational strength and structured work Safe handling of all Microsoft Office applications High level of responsibility and readiness Ideally multiannual professional experience in a comparable position (e.g. sales service, commercial staff, expertise, customer service, etc.)
