Perception of the functions of contractors, project controllers and contact persons for all the structural concerns of our houses in Braunschweig and Kleinmachnow near Berlin (the responsibilities may vary in the environment as required) In coordination with the directors of the real estate and the technical management on site, you identify and prioritize maintenance and modernization projects (for the building, the building technology and for individual apartments), lead them up to the award maturity and represent the builders until the project is completed. Larger projects will be supported directly in cooperation with external stakeholders. Plan and maintain smaller measures to complete the project.

Complete degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management of maintenance projects and technical installations Funded knowledge of HOAI, experience in the tendering of construction services, evaluation of offers and auditing of major construction projects Wide interest in the entire range of structural and technical solutions Excellent communication skills and high service orientation Pleasure of regular travel and Class B driving licence Proactive operation, independentness and organisational skills
