(Junior) Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As Junior Business Analyst (m/w/d), you will find the best solution for the requirements of our customers and contribute to sustainable and continuous digital optimization. The job is limited to two years. Analysis: You analyze the processes and business requirements, find the best solution concepts and tune them with the customer. Conception: Due to the requirements, you create the technical concept and documentation. Test case creation: From the requirements, you conduct the test cases and test requirements. Documentation: Your results are summarized in presentations that are the basis for further optimization of the processes. Product introduction: You accompany the rollout to introduce the developed software application and plan workshops and training.

Completed studies in business informatics or BWL, training in application development or a comparable qualification Interest in developing software/found knowledge of MS Office applications Word, PowerPoint and Excel You take responsibility in your task and enjoy complex tasks with a high level of quality Structured methodological approach, self-responsibility, creativity and agile functioning as well as organisational skills in interdisciplinary cooperation in the team Joy in communication and presentation in German and English (very good in word and writing) with demanding target groups
