Support of management in organisational, administrative and operational matters Participation or Take over selected areas of responsibility to relieve management, e.g. product certifications or ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the areas of packaging, product safety and work safety The main tasks are corporate organisation, finance and compliance First contact for employees in organizational and administrative matters Support for administrative tasks in human resources, e.g. in the preparation of work contracts, maintenance of personal files and onboarding and offboarding of employees Coordination of external service providers (e.g. cleaning, maintenance, office services) to ensure a smooth everyday office Administration of inbox and correspondence to ensure that important messages are processed in time Auditing and processing of invoices including preparation of payment transactions Independent acquisition and control of individual projects Development of proprietary solutions for issues in corporate organisation, finance and compliance
