Leadership & Development: You will guide a team of cross-enterers on the construction site – professional and disciplined – and you will also pack your own. Construction site coordination: You enter two construction sites per week on average and ensure a smooth running through daily quality and progress controls. Technical instructions: You train your team in the installation, commissioning and documentation of our heat pumps and ensure a clean execution. Process optimization: You give practical feedback to improve our processes and introduce your ideas to further development. Customer communication & interface: You are a contact person on site for our customers, explain the facility at hand and agree closely with the customer service. Technical implementation & Support: You install the systems error-free, support service cases on “deine” systems and support colleagues in technical exchange.

You have several years of practical experience in the SHK area – ideally after your training – and work reliably and quality consciously. You have well-founded expertise in heating construction, especially when installing and commissioning heat pumps. You are a real problem solver and also find pragmatic solutions under time pressure. You know with common heat pump systems – know-how to manufacturers such as Buderus/Bosch, Viessmann, Vaillant, Daikin or Stiebel Eltron is a plus. You have a class B driver's license and are happy to travel on site at our construction sites.
