As a project manager:in industrial engineering, you take over the leadership and development of your project team as well as the management of building and plant projects with industry focus at regional project locations. You always work in the team and in close coordination with all project participants to develop successful solutions together. We occupy this position at several locations in Germany. Management of industrial construction projects – from conception to conclusion – with a focus on technical excellence, economic success and leadership of the Construction Management team with all trade unions holistic taxes and implementation of demanding construction projects – from tendering and awarding to realization and commissioning to handover, with active control of costs, appointments and quality Communication and coordination with all project participants throughout the project Coordination to ensure the start of production and smooth project execution Creating project documentation and reports as well as regular reporting Integrating services around plant construction into the overall project Cross-departmental networking and interdisciplinary cooperation with the departments of Drees & Sommer

Complete study of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or a degree in a comparable field Multiannual well-founded experience as project manager in the construction management of industrial construction projects including operational practice Ideal experience in plant engineering or Experience in an EPC or EPCM Contractor Good English knowledge of word and writing desirable High level of communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement ability as well as fingertips in handling customers and the different requirements of all stakeholders
