Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You are responsible for the creation, processing and maintenance of procurement orders using SAP S/4 and SAP Ariba. In addition to carrying out market analyses and searches for suitable suppliers, you will test the offers according to cost-effectiveness such as price and delivery time. The installation and maintenance of product master files as well as shopping master files are part of your tasks, as well as the support in data analysis and evaluation, including in MS Excel. In projects and in process optimization, you work with and take additional administrative activities in operational purchasing.

You are studying Business Administration or a comparable degree course as a Bachelor or Master student*in. Dealing with the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, is familiar to you; SAP knowledge is advantageous. In addition, you have at best gained first practical experience in shopping through internships or student activities. A self-responsible, structured and reliable way of working is yours.
