Head of Maintenance - SAP / Drive Technology / ISO 9001 (m/f/d)

You create preventive maintenance strategies and ensure compliance You constantly improve the processes, safety and environmental protection You live the change management skills and actively implement it You ensure compliance with existing safety regulations, work instructions and standards (according to SHE, LOSS Control, ISO 9001 etc.) You lead, promote and motivate employees and conduct personal discussions, define goals and ensure their achievement You control the quality of the work carried out (internal/external) and coordinate training and further training for maintenance Ensure planning and organization in the field of maintenance and smooth workflows You carry the budget responsibility for the cost center infrastructure You independently plan and coordinate the plant standstills for the annual maintenance You will keep the defined targets on the basis of the relevant key figures You develop holistic maintenance strategies with contractors and optimize the supply of spare parts and equipment in the task area You support the realization of investment projects and coordinate the interfaces to engineering and production

You have a 3-year technical training with a successfully completed training as a master/technician (m/w/d) or a completed technical study (Bachelor) You have several years of experience in a leadership position with employee responsibility in the industrial environment You possess distinct leadership qualities, reliability, flexibility, team capacity, loadability, analytical thinking and an independent working method You have professional competences in drive technology, control technology, weighing and metering technology, pneumatics and hydraulics You deal safely with standards and recognised rules of technology and have sound knowledge of EU directives and national legislation related to the area of responsibility You are able to analyze and organize complex processes and have a high quality awareness You are routined in handling SAP, MS Office software and maintenance software You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
