Meister CNC-turning, milling, locksmithing (m/w/d)  

Property of tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the production area (turning, milling, locksmithing and assembly)
• Leading, organizing and developing the manufacturing sector
• Safety and quality assurance in the field
• to ensure the production programme, in compliance with the dates and economic viability,
• Continuous improvement in productivity
• Efficient organization and maintenance and repair work.

Your profile:

• completed training as an industrial master metal, as well as mandatory multi-year leadership experience with strong practical reference as a master required.
• Found professional experience in an industrial environment. Resilience and loadability.
• leadership skills, leadership responsibility, personnel development and social skills are required.
• Very good process understanding, analytical expertise, business experience and high affinity for complex processes (Low Volume High Complexity).
• machining know-how, good knowledge in handling CNC controls, clamping systems and tool management.
• structured, independent, flexible and independent working, open to new challenges.
• Responsibility, strong team and communication skills, high level of enforcement capability.
