PLC programmer AIRBUS (m/f/d)

As a PLC programmer (d/m/w) at Airbus in Stade, you will find an exciting activity in Stade, where you will be responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of PLC programs for complex automation systems. In this position, you contribute to the automation of state-of-the-art production lines and make a decisive contribution to increasing efficiency and precision in aviation production. Work in the team with engineers from the fields of robotics and manufacturing engineering and introduce your expertise.

Your main tasks include:

• Development and implementation of PLC programs for new and existing Aircraft production lines according to team standards.
• Programming, commissioning and specification of controls and drives of automated production systems.
• Error diagnosis and optimization of PLC applications for a perfect function of complex processes.
• Creation of technical specifications with focus on automation.
• cooperation with production, maintenance and technical teams to coordinate the requirements.
• Support for ramp-up and testing and commissioning.
• training to strengthen the know-how of the maintenance teams.

PREPARATIONS:

The requirements include:

• A completed study or a comparable qualification in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or maintenance.
• Knowledge of SPS programming (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, FANUC Ladder).
• experience in the diagnosis of control systems as well as systematic error analyses.
• Advanced application knowledge in SAP and first knowledge in Python.
• Knowledge of German and English at a safe level.
• Team skills, communication strength and independent working.
