You support our departments on time with decision-relevant evaluations – from recurring reports to spontaneous ad hoc analyses. Their range of topics is broad and ranges from fluctuation and recruiting to disease data to pay and cost analyses The handling of key figures is on your agenda: you identify and evaluate relevant key figures in the HR context and represent them in meaningful reports. In addition, after your incorporation, you will take over parts of the regular reporting system for internal interfaces or external institutions such as national statistical offices or the Federal Employment Agency We count on your design will! You actively introduce their own ideas to continuously improve our reporting landscape. Your initiative for the automation of evaluations and for increasing efficiency is expressly desired In addition, you are in regular exchange with other controlling areas at ROSSMANN to ensure smooth knowledge and data transfer e.g. in the field of personal provisions

Have you completed a study with the focus on personnel, accounting or controlling and have already gained first professional experience in the (HR) controlling? Super, then you are perfectly prepared for this position Evaluation of complex data volumes around HR topics - especially payroll accounting - you also know their target group-oriented preparation You are experts in dealing with Excel (e.g. Power Query) and bring well-founded experience in the evaluation and visualization of complex data volumes with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik) – ideally complemented by know-how in the field of automation of evaluations Communication and reliability is the A and O: You communicate transparently the current status with the disciplines and keep acquitted timings Do you work independently and conscientiously, are an absolute team player, have joy to take on responsibility tasks quickly?
