Our educational focus in our kita in the AWO family center Reddercouple is the co-determination of the children. “What playground do we go to today?” “How do we design our group room?” What rules do we need?” Together with the children, we have created a constitution that focuses on children's rights. In addition, the variety in our house is excellent. Under one roof our KiTa unite with the offers of the family center and the early help & of the day group Kücknitz. Together we can offer the families a great deal of help. We are now a Perspective Cita and receive special promotions and can write out additional technical lessons. The hours for the Perspektiv-Kita will take over a team member, so we can write out these hours again.
