Specialist in intelligent metering point operation (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the monitoring and processing of wastewaterfalls in the SAP as well as coordination with the GWA and other departments. The clarification cases relate to the entire iMSys life cycle (in operation, device change, measurement product change, etc.) and the intelligent measurement site operation. You also recognize systematic process errors and implement optimization measures together with the process coordinator:in. Furthermore, you document the solution steps and take the reporting of the current error numbers. In addition, you are constantly adapting the processing, documentation, coordination and reporting of wastewaterfalls to the changing processes. You work in cross-departmental projects and actively accompany the format change cyclically. In test management, you support the processing of test cases for device management processes. You independently coordinate the (departmental) control of the external BPO service provider in the energy data service and coordinate the processing of clarification cases from the entire Energy Data Service department. You prioritise and guide measures to secure earnings from us, you agree with the service provider management. You are also responsible for the quality assurance of external processing and monitor and control measures in case of deviations.

Your completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification form the theoretical basis. Additional qualifications in measuring technology are desirable. You have user knowledge in SAP IM4G (Intelligent Metering for Germany) and SAP IS-U DM (Device Management), knowledge in the field of SAP EDM (Energy Data Management) and SAP S/4 Utilities are desirable. You bring basic energy knowledge as well as a good understanding of intelligent measuring systems (iMSys) and their system-side imaging in intelligent measuring station operation. We require an independent and decision-making procedure in the processing of wastewater, including coordination with the relevant stakeholders. You are ready to accompany change and have fun working into new systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Utilities) and processes (e.g. switching via the intelligent measuring system, new tariff applications)
