Your core task is to take over the effective management of the thematic complex AI as a senior partnerin and project managerin in the business area. These include:

They are responsible for the project portfolio management, including the prioritization of the portfolio of ideas and projects, ensuring the necessary resources in cooperation with the business fields, where appropriate. Adapting the priorities in the project portfolio and monitoring the orientation of the portfolio to the strategic objectives of the organisation. They work closely with the project managers in the business areas of IT in order to concreteize projects up to IT demand. They coordinate stakeholder management through coordination with the business fields and information of the management circles as well as with service functions such as marketing, strategy & innovation, and possibly other departments. They serve as an interface to relevant group areas of the TÜV Rheinland Group and meet their information requirements. They are responsible for monitoring and controlling, including the creation of reports and dashboards to monitor progress, budget and risks, support in the analysis of deviations and the initiation of corrective measures and the introduction and follow-up of KPIs to measure success. They coordinate the tasks, processes and processes relating to AI/KI projects both in internal use and externally to extend and further develop the service portfolio. They represent the Business Stream in appropriate bodies and committees and work on regulations on AI/KI.

Degree in Business Informatics, Innovation/ Business Development or a comparable area 3-5 years of professional experience in a related area we require Funded knowledge in project management standard such as Prince2 Experience as project managerin/expertin comparable activity would be desirable German language skills (C1) and at least very good English skills (B2)
