Senior IT Support & Asset Specialist (m/w/d) We are looking for you for our area of Energy Trading IT at the Aachen site.

Care work – maintenance of assets used in the energy trading IT, including monitoring the life cycle, cost optimization and ensuring compliance Expert work – Ensuring a stable IT operation for energy applications and systems through solution-oriented 1st and 2nd level support – with a focus on supporting professionals:inside, as well as the timely analysis and elimination of disturbances in the energy trading environment Coordination work – Control of the entire process processing (Dispatching) for the energy trading IT in the ITSM system (Jira Service Management) Optimization work – Responsibility for the continuous development and optimization of IT services for energy trading

Training – Successfully completed training as a specialist informant:in system integration or a completed study of computer science or a comparable qualification Qualification – Multiannual professional experience in IT support and support for professionals: women and customers, experience in the field of energy management and energy processes desirable Expertise – Experiences in IT service operation with high availability requirements as well as in IT asset management in the regulated environment, sound knowledge of ITIL and ITSM, comprehensive knowledge of common operating systems, especially Microsoft Windows and ideally Linux systems (e.g. Ubuntu) Personality – Impressed service orientation, communication strength – also in demanding support situations, high problem solving competence, self-initiative as well as a structured and responsible way of working, team capacity with willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation
