As Manager HR Systems & Processes (m/w/d), you are part of the Optima Group. Whether Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing or Personnel - we act together as a headquarters for our four business units and actively shape the strategic and operational orientation of the group of companies.

As HR Manager (m/w/d), you can manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors after a completed phase 0 and ensure that the next expansion stages are designed, tested and transferred to the HR everyday. You analyze HR processes in detail, develop HR systems, interfaces and workflows consistently and ensure efficient, standardized processes through the meaningful connection of professional requirements and standard software. The conception and implementation of further digitalization initiatives in the HR drive you forward actively and ensure a sustainable interaction of systems, processes and interfaces. As an interface between HR, IT and disciplines, you moderate voting, promote cross-departmental cooperation and ensure transparent stakeholder communication. You ensure the successful introduction and acceptance of HR processes and systems and promote their continuous improvement together with the specialist areas.

A successfully completed study of business management, business informatics, personnel management or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. With your multi-year professional experience in the HR environment, ideally focusing on HR systems, digital HR processes or HR projects, you bring valuable expertise to this position. Their pronounced process and system affinity as well as their analytical thinking ability allow you to fully consider HR processes, identify optimization potentials and develop practical solutions. With your experience in managing projects, your structured way of working and your communication strength, you are driving topics forward successfully and working together with different stakeholders. Negotiating German and English skills enable you to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.
