With your expertise and passion, you can help the team realize modern, energy-efficient and attractive residential and commercial properties. Projects in focus: You accompany customer requests and procurement procedures for turnkey projects in close cooperation with our Sales Managers Interface & Coordination: As part of the project team in the offer phase, you develop creative and technical concepts together with internal and external architects and specialist engineers Quality in mind: You evaluate the planning documents regarding quality, cost-effectiveness and technical feasibility Figures that convince: You create and calculate detailed construction costs and cost-effectiveness calculations with modern tools and thus ensure an accurate supply creation From the concept to the contract: You transfer the created offers into contracts and accompany the design, negotiation and conclusion of the contract with our customers
