Product Developer Commercial Liability and Accident Insurance (m/f/d)

In your new role, you are responsible for the development and further development of our commercial liability and group accident insurance products for small and medium-sized enterprises. You observe market and competition developments, analyze trends and customer needs and derive innovative and practical product solutions. Your working day lives on communication and networking: You are in close cooperation with our distributors, specialist departments and the interface departments and lead our core teams to joint success in product development and adaptation. With your know-how, you develop the conditions and product documents and work together with colleagues to develop the acceptance and drawing guidelines. The implementation is also in good hands with you. You accompany the technical implementation in the front and back end systems and check the presentation with relevant partners and portals, actively shape product launches and bring your expertise and enthusiasm to webinars, trainings or even to short videos. Their goal is to make “your” product visible and successfully place it on the market.

You have successfully completed a training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance, insurance specialist*in or comparable studies. In addition, you have at least five years of professional experience in the product management of commercial liability insurance or underwriting commercial liability risks. Ideally, you will also bring knowledge in the field of group accident insurance. You have a very good understanding of the German insurance market and the requirements of brokers and exclusivity organisations.
