Key-user activities related to specific issues in financial and accounting, as well as advice and support for the employees of all the main departments of the Freiburg Directorate on issues of commercial accounting, including: Determination of training needs, preparation of training documents and preparation of practical training cases User support and training (debitor, creditor and plant accounting and, if necessary, third-party administrators), including support for users in the handling of user software as well as specialized procedures, training of users, especially when introducing new modules and for essential system changes Preparation and implementation of the training implementation as a responsible trainer or multiplier, as well as self-responsible implementation of training and workshops as a trainer for employees of other sectors in coordination with key users Participation in the production of FI-own processes in compliance with the existing process chains and the existing IT structures in the BImA Development of proposals to improve procedures Knowledge acquisition for the IT process and the associated processes and modules Processing of complex or professionally difficult booking operations of the regional work unit Finance of the Directorate Freiburg, among others Monitoring and performing tasks of plant, debitor and creditor accounting, in particular monitoring and maintenance of debitor accounts Technical support and guidance of the departments of the Directorate, in particular for debitor accounting / creditor accounting and securing the debitoric booking clarification of open items, accounts and, where appropriate, the initiation of necessary rebookings Incoming payment allocation and rebooking of payment entries Booking of securities (e.g. guarantees), receipt and delivery of these securities Booking of invoices in SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Processing of difficult and significant matters in the field of commercial accounting and special tasks in accordance with the instructions of central accounting (e.g. the financial year and the financial statements), including: Decentralised support or participation in the preparation and implementation of the annual financial statements Examination and monitoring of the annual real estate inventory Principle work of commercial accounting, including the implementation of the provisions of the Headquarters of Finance at the Directorate level Technical guidance and support of all object teams in the computational and factually complete accounting

Qualification: completed (special)higher education (Bachelor or Diploma with as good result as possible), preferably in the fields of financial management, economics, business management preferably with the focus on finance or real estate management or comparable qualification Competences: Practical and comprehensive knowledge of commercial accounting and well-founded professional and legal knowledge in this area of responsibility Knowledge of property management and asset accounting good application knowledge in the field of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge in SAP (even in FI-AA, FI/CO, RE-FX, IH, MM) modules and the willingness to expand them Further requirements: high readiness and the ability to work independently, thoroughly and targeted even in case of increased work good expressability in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Ability to Economic Thinking and Acting, Cooperation and Teamwork safe occurrence and the ability to work quickly into changing tasks Car driver's license (class B) and willingness to predominantly planable, partly full-day service trips (also as a self-driver/in)
