Your tasks will be first-level support and testing. You have no experiences yet in testing software? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. First-level support As the first point of contact for user messages, you will encounter problems via different channels, evaluate them, reproduce mistakes, and launch tickets for application development. You keep direct contact with users, clarify queries and keep them updated about the progress of troubleshooting. Together with the application development, you will ensure that solutions are implemented perfectly. Software Testing Before new releases, you test the software to guarantee the highest quality. You create and care for test cases and document them in Jira/Zephyr.

You have several years of experience in first-level management of complex IT systems and applications. Practical experiences in software testing/in software development are a plus, but no need. It is your claim to know you perfectly in the application you care for. You are strong in communication and always find the right sound with both users and developers. At any time, you are service-oriented and friendly to take the perspective of the customers and understand the technical contexts. With your independent, conscientious way of working, you also keep an overview in stressful situations. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
