With around 400 employees at the Hiddenhausen and Lutherstadt Wittenberg sites, BUDICH International and BUDICH Production and Contracting develop and produce a wide range of products for different customer groups. Under the brand KLEEN PURGATIS BUDICH offers professional cleaning and hygiene products for hospitals, care facilities, hotel industry, gastronomy, canteens and building cleaners. In addition, the company develops and manufactures special cleaners for international household and kitchen appliance manufacturers as well as private label products for large European discounters, supermarkets and drugstore companies. Thanks to more than 140 years of experience on the market, BUDICH has also established itself as a well-known contractor for international branded goods companies. To strengthen our headquarters in Hiddenhausen (NRW), we are looking for a part-time or full-time at the next time Product Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Implementation of the portfolio strategy for the products and target groups to be responsible within the overall range strategy Implementation of development and marketing strategies Participation in the management of the entire life cycle of the portfolio and related products Implementation of market research and observation as well as collection and consolidation of market, target group and competitive information Active cooperation with marketing, sales, application technology, research and development, supply chain, purchasing and production Preparation of training and presentations of internal employees and external customers and partners

Successfully completed studies in economics or professional training with appropriate qualifications First professional experience in product management Open mindset, ideas and pragmatic solutions Secure knowledge of German and English Flexible team player (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with entrepreneurial thinking and persuasiveness Conceptual skills and an independent and structured way of working Safe handling of MS Office
