Part-time 6.00 hours/W. - Compensation up to the EC 3 TVöD - unlimited - from 01.10.2026 - in Lüneburg

Your tasks

• acceptance of applications for the exchange of licences and examination of the documents submitted for completeness and legality;
• collection and maintenance of data in specialist procedures,
• communication with driving licence authorities and appointment management as well as
• personal care of customers and advice on time limits for the exchange of driving licences.

Your profile

• a completed three-year training in the administrative or commercial field, as well as experience in administrative activities and dealing with customers,
• with your friendly, open and service-oriented appearance, meet citizens competently and appreciated and
• also in work-intensive situations, keep an overview and get involved and reliable in the team.

• in the event of personal conditions, a remuneration up to the remuneration group 3 of the public service collective agreement (TVöD); specific amounts are to be found in the pay table;
