Identification and definition of KI-Use-Cases Determination of potentials for AI and automation in close cooperation with the chancellor, the data center and the specialist departments Creation of decision templates and definition of AI projects

Implementation and control of AI projects Examination of possible implementation within existing IT systems and Management software and clarification of the need for complementary or new AI and automation solutions Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of pilot projects (focus: personnel, finance, student affairs and law) Implementation of appropriate tools and models; if necessary in cooperation with external partners or service providers

Process analysis and change management Participation in the redesign and digitization of administrative processes (not only coordinating, but also technical) Monitoring of change processes, especially through communication and training and empowerment of employees

Understanding successful best practice examples from other universities Documentation and Communication of Best Practice Examples Administration

completed academic degree (master or equivalent), preferably in (economic) informatics, data science, digital management, AI or a comparable subject area Knowledge of AI, machine learning and automation Experience in project management, especially in digital projects Experience in public service or university structures Knowledge of data analysis, python, RPA or low code/no code tools desirable Ability to analyse complex facts, prepare them structured and practical implementation Communication and consulting skills as well as pleasure in cooperative cooperation across departmental boundaries Didactic skill in switching digital skills Positive adjustment with respect to continuous optimization Teamability, Responsibility, High Performance and Usefulness and Loadability
