We are looking for you to ensure the quality, time and cost-oriented implementation of tasks from design planning to commissioning You act as an interface between the works of EEA, HLKS, TGA and MTA with regard to raw building topics and coordinate the participants; you also always recognize the technical relationships of the plants with respect to the raw construction In addition, you are responsible for the cost, appointment and contract management in cooperation with colleagues in the areas of project management, contract management and commercial project staff: You work closely with all project participants and agree with authorities and third parties You always have a look at the implementation and coordination of technical, operational and traffic tasks and report directly to the team management In addition, you process and coordinate the award of planning and construction services as well as the implementation of individual work packages

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies as a civil engineer:in or an industrial engineer:in, alternatively, you bring a training as a master:in/technician:in with a railway-specific background or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience with Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in project processing and/or planning infrastructure projects, preferably in project management of administrative or residential buildings You have experience in the IPA environment and already have contact points to data centers and their peculiarities You have been able to successfully contribute and deepen your well-founded knowledge of the technical project management as part of numerous projects You are an organizational talent and can keep several balls in the air at the same time Also at critical moments, you keep a cool head and know to prevent projects from running out of the rudder
