Senior Project Engineer Climate-Neutral Heating Networks (m/f/d)

Planning and realisation from a single source: You plan and implement heat networks independently in the performance phases 3 to 7 of HOAI and LPH 8 for regional projects. You will implement regional projects together with partners – nationwide travel is not required. Network planning: You will first set up trash plans, line guides and network calculations for near and district heating networks, including pipe network calculations (pressure loss, heat loss). Civil engineering coordination: You coordinate civil engineering measures in close cooperation with our specialist partners – from the route to earthworks and pipe trench construction to coordination with authorities, management bodies and utilities. Pipe static: You perform tube-static detection and calculate strain equalizers and fixed points. Application documents: You will start complete execution documents – performance directories, quantity determinations and submission documents. Project coordination: You coordinate and communicate with authorities, civil engineering companies, contractors and internal project participants. Customer communication: You tune project requirements in close cooperation with our customers. Quality development: You actively participate in the further development of our standards, planning processes and technical guidelines.

·Solide Training as a basis: You have completed a degree in utility technology, energy and building technology, mechanical engineering or comparable, or bring a training as a state-tested technician:in or master:in with relevant professional experience. Real project experience: Ideally you have several years of experience in the planning and implementation of heat networks, district heating networks or refrigeration networks, preferably in LPH 3 to 8 of HOAI and in the structures of cost group 220 (public development). Pipes under control: You control the pipe system calculation and grid design and are safe to use common network planning software (e.g. STANET, sisKMR or comparable). Experience in civil engineering: You have knowledge of trash planning, management law, regulatory approval procedures and coordination with management bodies. Safe with the right tools: You work routiniert with tender software like ORCA AVA, CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP or comparable) and common calculation tools. Structured, independent, clear: you think solution-oriented, work independently and communicate openly, both with clients and internally. German knowledge at a high level: You communicate safely and precisely in German in word and writing (at least C1).
