Your tasks

Would you like to provide our renowned customers with state-of-the-art IT equipment while successfully using your IT affinity? Computacenter is both possible.

As an IT technician in the field, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• You deliver IT equipment with professional transport to various locations in the region or occasionally also across the region.
• You are responsible for the acceptance, loading and unpacking of the hardware.
• The installation/disassembly and conversion of client systems and printers as well as the cabling of IT devices and their accessories are also part of your daily tasks.
• In addition, you are responsible for the basic configuration and functional testing of PCs, notebooks and printers.
• You document and complete work orders in a ticket system.

Your profile

• You have a technical affinity and experience in handling IT hardware from common manufacturers and basic knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems.
• To help you where you are needed, you have the license class 3/B and are ready for external service and occasional supra-regional operations with accommodation.
• In addition, you have good knowledge of German in word and writing.
• Reliability, accuracy and loyalty characterize your handling of work orders and sensitive information.
• You have a proof of vaccination against measles, as it is also possible to consult customers for whom a corresponding obligation to prove is required by law.
